2.1 Hyperclassic Mixer/Aerator

This aerator is the perfect solution to use in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Oxygen transfer and mixing during the biological stage are optimized. Additionally sedimentation is avoided while mixing and producing oxygen. The excellent aeration performance enables oxygen transfer to be nearly as high as pure water. This aerator is resistant to use in time and can be easily installed in filled tanks.

2.2 Hyperdive

The HYPERDIVE Mixing and Aeration System was developed and optimized especially for demanding applications in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. It provides efficient oxygen transfer and optimal mixing during the biological stage.

2.3 E-Flex & E-Flex-Float

E-FLEX FLOAT is the best solution for aerated wastewater ponds or lagoon tanks with plastic liner, earthen basins with natural sealing, natural ponds and lakes and all aerated tanks, in which the leveling of conventional bottom aerators is only possible with considerable effort due to the unevenness of the bottom. This aeration system is defined as “chain aeration system”. The system is based on multiple aeration chains moving through the activated sludge tank at right angles to their longitudinal axis. Individual aeration modules are connected at regular intervals to this floating header via flexible iDISCdownpipes.

2.4 iDISC

Efficiently supplies the mixed liquor in the activated sludge tank with oxygen and is suitable for almost all variations of the activated sludge process. iDISC Diffuser systems are custom-made to match the needs of every single plant. This aerator can be used for most wastewater treatment applications.

2.5 iCBA

iCBAThis aerator has been specifically designed for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment plants. During the biological phase oxygen and optimal mixing is supplied. The use of this equipment is strongly suggested in processes that utilize carrier media for biomass detention, whether moving-bed or fixed-bed processing. Because of its robust stainless steel construction this aerator is resistant to adverse conditions in industrial applications.

2.6 Tex-Flex

This Aerator has been specially developed and optimized for demanding applications in industrial and municipal wastewater treatment plants. For industrial applications in particular, the use of conventional membrane diffusers is restricted or even impossible, or else they must be frequently replaced in order to guarantee trouble-free operation of the plant. In this situation, the Tex-Flex System provides a reliable alternative. Its robust stainless steel construction and its textile membrane, which is both chemically and thermally highly resistant, make it ideal for the most aggressive applications.

3.1 Volute Technology: Dewatering Press& Thickener

Volute-TechnologyINVENT UAE is the only commercial agent providing Amcon’s innovative equipment for sludge dewatering process. Dewatering Press takes advantage of the unique Volute technology enabling dewatering sludge while automatically self-cleaning the filter mesh. This guarantees constant dewatering without depending on flush water for clogging prevention thus reducing odor and minimizing the processing time. Additionally the Volute has built in thickening zone, which saves space as thickener, sludge storage or separate storage facility is not needed.
This volute technology is equipped with a high performance thickener which is able to thicken low concentration sludge with 0.2% to less than 4%. The volute thickener is clog proof, sustainable and cost efficient with its construction allowing sludge thickening using an extremely small amount of rinsing water. Additionally maintenance of its thickening drum is a half day work and it can be performed on site.

3.2 Polymer Make-Up System Af Series

Polymer-Make-Up-System-Af-SeriesThe AF Series polymer make-up system is specially designed to dissolve liquid polymer, which is used for sludge dewatering and various other wastewater treatment systems, automatically to the specified concentrations of polymer. This machine perfectly interfaces with the sludge dewatering press and other equipment. The device keeps monitoring the dissolving tank and the stock solution tank using sensors. When the level of the polymer coagulant stock solution is low or when supply of dilution water is inadequate, the device automatically stops and sends a warning signal to external equipment. This advanced machine successfully saves on labor costs with its easy to refill tank. A polymer coagulant stock solution can be refilled and the device will do the rest, including measurement and dissolution.
