Mixers & Aerators

Overview

Mixers and aerators are the fundamental equipment required for wastewater treatment. Our range of advanced mixers and aerators provide highly efficient wastewater treatment. All our equipment is designed on the principle of minimizing the use of energy.

The process of mixing and aeration is used to add oxygen to the wastewater. This helps in uniform distribution of the sludge and prevent sedimentation. The combination of mixer and aerator helps in breaking down the carbon and nitrogen compounds. We specialize in providing mixers and aerators developed with innovative technology from our licensed partners for setting up industrial and municipal treatment plants across UAE. There are different types of mixers, aerators, and technology.

Hyperclassic Mixer

The Hyperclassic is the optimum vertical mixer with a hyperboloid-shaped mixer body, installed close to the bottom, and a submersible drive. The underside is equipped with shear fins and dispersing tunnels. This helps in rotation of the hyperboloid impeller dispersing the bubbles into fine bubbles which are transported radially outwards and distributed across the whole tank. The optimized formation of fine bubbles helps in high oxygen transfer efficiencies.

Hyperdive Mixer

Hyperdive is the optimum vertical mixer specially designed for very deep basins. It is installed close to the bottom and a submersible drive. With a compact, three-legged base, the mixer is ready for operation immediately after being lifted into place – even in filled basins – and connected. As only well-known drive manufacturers are chosen, no extensive maintenance work is required.

Cyberflow Accelerator

The Cyberflow Accelerator is developed and optimized for energy efficient generation of horizontal flow. It is 30% more energy efficient as compared to traditional flow generators and optimized for flow direction and upstream or downstream flow. Horizontal flow generators move the wastewater in a horizontal manner in a circuit and simultaneously prevent sedimentation of activated sludge flocs. The Power Trim Technology helps in optimization and improves efficiency. It helps in reduction of friction and minimize energy loss.

Cyberpitch Mixer

This mixer is particularly appropriate when a high local energy intake is required. In the process of drinking water preparation, the use of this mixer efficiently blends flocculants and precipitant together. In wastewater treatment, the Cyberpitch Mixer can be used, for instance for the suspension of activated carbon in a contact basin for further removal of non-biodegradable substances.

E- Flex Aeration System

This model is the floating model of the E-FLEX membrane aeration system. It is also called chain aeration system due to the presence of multiple aeration chains. A single chain consists of a floating air header which even serves as a buoyancy body. The floating header is connected to individual aeration modules at regular intervals through flexible downpipes. The air bubbles generate a current within the individual chains.

E- Flex Floating Aerator

This model is the floating model of the E-FLEX membrane aeration system. It is also called chain aeration system due to the presence of multiple aeration chains. A single chain consists of a floating air header which even serves as a buoyancy body. The floating header is connected to individual aeration modules at regular intervals through flexible downpipes. The air bubbles generate a current within the individual chains.

Tex-Flex Aeration System

The Tex-Flex is a fine-bubble aeration system that provides optimal mixing in the biological phase of the municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. It is suitable for aeration in very deep tanks. The use of flexible membranes like EPDM or silicone or PU makes it suitable for greasy or oily or acid rich wastewater treatment. The aeration system consists of one or multiple aeration grids connected to the main supply via a common pipeline. The aeration grid serves as an air distributor pipe. The air exits via a special opening which manages an even distribution of the air with minimal pressure loss.

iDisc

The iDisc Aeration System consists of all the air distribution piping at the tank bottom with connection joints, adjustable pipe saddles, stainless steel anchors, condensate drainage system and the iDisc Membrane Diffuser. The iDisc Membrane Diffuser has the capacity to operate across a wide range of air flow. It helps in energy efficiency wastewater treatment with reduced operating cost. The main diffuser body is connected to the air pipe via a strong saddle connection and secured by a wedge clamp. The iDisc Aeration System is fixed to basin bottom with stainless steel adjustable pipe saddles. These pipe saddles are fixed to the bottom with either drop-in anchors or wedge anchor bolts. The air distribution pipes, and saddle are locked together with the help of plastic straps. The Aeration System works as a Closed Loop System. A constant low wet pressure loss is maintained to reduce the operation cost.

Hyperclassic Stirring & Aeration System

This system is a combination of both mixing and aeration and optimized for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment. It provides independent mixing and aeration all integrated in a single unit. During the aeration mode, the air is introduced under the hyperboloid impeller through the air sparger system which releases large bubbles. The bubbles hit the underside of the hyperboloid mixer body. In the HYPERCLASSIC Mixer/Aerators, there are many simultaneous processes taking place. Air is introduced and at the same time there is dissipation of huge amount of mechanical mixing energy with continuous renewal of fine air bubbles.

Hyperdive Mixing & Aeration System

The HYPERDIVE mixing, and aeration system was developed and optimized especially for demanding applications in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. It provides efficient oxygen transfer and optimal mixing during the biological stage.
